Tight, clean media for processes that forgive no mistakes

We locate compressed-air, nitrogen, argon and helium leaks, measure compressed-air purity to ISO 8573-1 down to class 1 — and fix the leaks in the same visit. We also design and build gas lines, pressure-reduction panels and utility connections for gloveboxes and PVD/CVD equipment. Independent of compressor manufacturers.

Every leak costs more than your electricity bill shows

In a typical industrial installation 20–30% of compressed air escapes through leaks. In nitrogen, argon or helium lines a leak costs more than the gas itself — it means oxygen and moisture in the chamber atmosphere, contaminated laser optics or a pharmaceutical batch to repeat. An energy report won't show it. We will.

Services

Five packages — from leak location to installation upgrades

Every package ends with a report you can hand to your auditor or energy department.

1. Leak audit

We locate air, nitrogen, argon, helium and vacuum leaks while the plant is running, without stopping production. The ultrasonic camera shows the leak on screen, measures it in l/min and converts it into cost per year. Where the highest tightness is required (vacuum, cryogenic and noble-gas systems) we perform helium leak tests.

You receive: a list of leaks with photos and repair priorities, losses in m³/h and cost per year (for technical gases — at the price of your gas), and a report for use in your ISO 50001 system and energy audit (methodology in line with ISO 11011).

2. ISO 8573-1 purity class testing

We check whether the compressed air at the point of use really meets the declared class. We measure solid particles from 0.1 µm, oil content and pressure dew point — the parameters required for class 1.

You receive: a result in class notation (e.g. 1:2:1) for every point, a comparison with your process requirement and the weak link identified (filter, dryer, pipe section).

3. High-Purity package: find, measure, fix

Packages 1 and 2 in one visit, plus on-site leak repair. We install and rework compression fittings according to the fitting manufacturer's procedure, and bend tube sections instead of adding more fittings. A re-measurement after repair is included in the package price — you see the result in the report.

For: gloveboxes, gas panels, PVD/CVD process gas and inert gas lines, class 1 compressed air in pharma, optics and cryogenics.

4. Service subscription

2 to 4 visits a year, with your leak and purity history in one set of reports. You see the trend before a problem reaches the production line or an audit report.

5. Upgrading and extending gas and air lines

When measurements show that an installation cannot hold the required tightness or purity class, we design and carry out the upgrade: replacing leaking sections and joints, new stainless-steel lines with bent rather than joined tubing, panels and regulators for technical gases, air filtration and drying to class 1, and supply lines for gloveboxes and controlled-atmosphere equipment.

You receive: a scope of work based on the measurement results, the execution itself, and an acceptance measurement of tightness and purity class once the upgrade is complete.

Why us

We don't sell compressors. We sell certainty that your media are tight and clean.

We know controlled-atmosphere processes

For years we have supplied and serviced gloveboxes, inert gas systems and class 1 compressed-air installations for pharma, optics and cryogenic halls. We understand what a leak means for your process, not just for your electricity bill.

We measure to class 1 and repair on site

We measure particles from 0.1 µm, oil and dew point in compressed air according to ISO 8573 methods. Our technicians hold the compression-fitting manufacturer's certificates for fitting installation and tube bending, valid until 09.2029. After repair we measure again.

We calculate the real cost and stay independent

For nitrogen, argon and helium we calculate losses at the price of the gas, not just energy. We are not a distributor of any compressor or filter brand, so we select equipment for your process, not from a catalogue.

Experience with demanding projects

We have delivered installations for general contractors of industrial facilities and for research centres: class 1 compressed-air lines to ISO 8573-1 guidelines and precision gas lines feeding research equipment. We work across Europe.

Installations we deliver

From design, through installation and leak tests, to handover and documentation

Solutions for research laboratories, R&D departments and science centres. We specialise in gas line installations and utility connections for gloveboxes and PVD/CVD equipment.

High-purity noble and precision gas installations

Complete execution of He, Ar, Kr, Xe and N₂ lines feeding research equipment, turnkey or as a subcontractor to a general contractor. 3D routing model, AISI 316L stainless steel with 3.1 certificates, installation, helium leak tests, commissioning, user training and as-built documentation (as built, P&ID). Working pressures up to 200 bar. We have already handed over such installations, among others at a research centre, with a 60-month warranty.

Class 1 compressed-air installations to ISO 8573-1

New and upgraded installations in buildings: ring mains in press-fit 316L stainless steel with oil-free seals, for air dried to a pressure dew point of −40/−70 °C. Take-offs from the top of the main and minimal dead legs, so purity is maintained all the way to the points of use. We also do compressor-room pipework (oil-resistant seals, anti-vibration connectors) and automatic line purging.

Utility connections for gloveboxes — one ready supply point

We prepare the installation so the glovebox can be connected and started from one ready point: a process gas or dry compressed-air line in stainless steel from the existing connection, wall penetrations, routing under the ceiling and a drop to the glovebox, a gas panel with a two-stage regulator and gauges, purging and drying of the new line, a leak test and connection of the glovebox exhaust to the existing extraction.

Optional at the point of use: filtration (1 µm, 0.01 µm, activated carbon), a local adsorption dryer to a dew point of ≤ −70 °C and continuous dew-point monitoring with alarm.

Gas pressure-reduction and distribution systems — HP and UHP gas panels

We select, install and commission pressure-reduction systems from cylinders or bundles to the point of use: single- and two-stage panels, semi-automatic or automatic cylinder changeover stations (continuous supply), inert-gas purging during cylinder change, contact gauges with empty-cylinder alarm, check and relief valves, and point-of-use (POU) regulators at the equipment.

Typical parameters: inlet pressure up to 200–300 bar, outlet from 0.1 to approx. 17 bar. UHP design: electropolished 316L stainless steel with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.25 µm, metal face seal (VCR) connections, components with helium leak tightness in the order of 1×10⁻⁸ mbar·l/s, and the complete installation confirmed by a helium test. Gases: He, Ar, N₂, H₂, O₂, Kr, Xe, calibration mixtures and, in special versions, corrosive gases; for H₂ and O₂ designed with ATEX and oxygen cleaning in mind. We select equipment from proven manufacturers for the required gas purity and flow.

We deliver the complete path: from cylinder or bundle, through the panel, to the process connection at the glovebox or PVD/CVD reactor, with a helium test and handover documentation.

Frequently asked questions

Does testing require a production shutdown?

No. We locate leaks ultrasonically while the system runs normally. Purity testing only requires a connection to the point of use.

Do you detect nitrogen, argon and helium leaks, not just air?

Yes. The ultrasonic method works for any pressurised gas and for vacuum. Loss costs are calculated at the price of the given gas. For very small leaks (UHP, vacuum, cryogenics) we perform a helium leak test.

What does ISO 8573-1 class 1 mean?

It is the highest compressed-air purity class in the standard (apart from class 0, which is specified individually). The notation 1:2:1 gives the class for solid particles, water and oil, in that order. Class 1 for particles cannot be confirmed without a counter measuring from 0.1 µm.

I have new filters. Why measure?

A filter only guarantees the class if it is correctly selected, installed and not breached, and if the pipework downstream adds no contamination. A measurement at the point of use is the only proof.

Do you fix the leaks you find?

Yes, in the High-Purity package. We install compression fittings according to the manufacturer's procedure (our technicians hold the fitting manufacturer's certificates) and confirm tightness with a re-measurement.

Is the report sufficient for ISO 50001 or an energy audit?

The leak report lists leaks, losses and costs in the form used in ISO 50001 energy management systems.

Are you tied to a compressor manufacturer?

No. We don't sell compressors, so our recommendations are brand-independent.

Do you carry out turnkey installations outside Poland?

Yes. We work across Europe: from design and 3D routing models, through installation and helium leak tests, to handover and documentation. Scope and schedule are agreed after a site visit or based on the facility documentation.

What documents do I receive at handover?

3.1 material certificates, pressure test and helium leak test reports, as-built documentation (as built, P&ID), operating instructions and a user training record. For compressed-air installations also an ISO 8573-1 purity test report.
